I was thinking about how terrible I am at blogging and it bummed me out. All the memories that I want the kids to have and I seems to busy. Well, it's never too late to start being better, right. So here's Ethan's birthday from 2013 when he turned 7.
Because my kids have a large group of friends and Ethan never wants anyone to feel left out or have their feelings hurt, he insisted on inviting his whole class. Which is sweet and I was fine with it, but it meant having it outside at the park.
He reeeeaaallyyy wanted a pirate party so I did my very best to give him that, but with a limited budget it can be tough. I did my best to be creative and give him a cool pirate party. We were going to have a photo booth and I even brought a sheet to put up on this big pop machine that is at the park, but guess what? The machine wasn't there! Can you believe it! Ha!
These are the cupcakes I made for his school treat. I cut out all the pirate ships and such on my cricut.
These are the invitations I made, before I wrote all the info on them. I had to make 26 of them. Phew. It was worth it though. He said everyone liked them.
I found some labels on pinterest and printed them for the waters. Being at a park I wanted everyone to have their own water so cups wouldn't be blowing away.

I think everyone had fun. It was cold but fun. On his actual birthday we went out to eat at El Chap's in Adrian since he loves the chips and cheese. His face in this picture it too adorable to me.
This is the only picture I seem to have of his birthday gifts and it's not even something we gave him. Lol. My mother in law got him this if I remember correctly. If any family has pictures can you email them to me? Thanks. All in all, I think he had a fun birthday.
